Microwave
Unfortunately, the microwave repair took over two months with some technicians failing to replace the parts that they removed properly. Tom was the most consistent of the group and came and did the job correctly.

Dishwasher repair
My leaking dishwasher issue has been a chronic and misdiagnosed problem for months. Manny was very through in testing the leaking dishwasher and made a diagnosis. He was patient and courteous in his demeanor and took his time to explain various options. Only time will tell if the problem with the dishwasher has been resolved, but I hope this will fix it.
