Tech was great, dealing with company is not
Wayne is an awesome tech & certainly a credit to your company. He is experienced & quickly diagnosed the issue. He also went the extra mile to research my warranty question. However, dealing with your otherwise 100% AI customer service company is terrible. There is no way to speak to a human being. That is the reason I would be hesitant to use Sears Home Services again, because of the way you run your company NOT BECAUSE OF YOUR WONDERFUL TECHNICIANS, like Wayne.

Great job!
Lori seems very experienced and knowledgeable and was timely. She's also friendly and very calm about my dogs barking upstairs. Separately, I would say the AI bot was contacting me too much and kept asking me questions that were answered multiple times.

Efficient and Friendly Technician
Angel diagnosed the problem quickly and our washer was working in 15 minutes. He was very friendly and explained the issue well. Cost was steep for such a quick repair but expected. Payment made easy using my phone and was even able to use ApplePay. My only complaint is emails and texts were excessive. I received up to 3 notifications daily for a week confirming the appointment. I also kept getting options to pick an earlier date. I would understand a notification if something became available sooner but the alternative dates offered were options when I made the appointment. I think I received at least 3 emails about rescheduling. I appreciated the notifications the day before confirming the time and the morning of so I knew when the technician was on his way.
