Refrigerator repair
Michael was the second person to work on the refrigerator. It appears to be working now but we need to keep an eye on it to assure the leak repair holds up. We were dis satisfied with the first repairman whose name was Bob. He did not communicate with us that a part was needed. He scheduled the follow up appt for the same day that the part was to arrived. When we did not receive the part in time, we were rescheduled for six days later and our request for an earlier spot was ignored. We were without a refrigerator freezer for over 16 days. I feel that this could have been avoided if Bob had checked on the delivery date of the part before scheduling the follow up appointment
