Tech was very friendly, informative and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and what he was assessing. Great debrief on what to expect, and when to call back if ice maker does not start working. Text message and email updates were super helpful prior to the repair day and day of the repair. Work was covered under warranty. The pre-work shipping of parts of needed was super smart. It was determined that the ice maker was not functioning properly.
