Matt was communicative and knew exactly what to do to get our problem solved. He was the 3rd tech we had during this process and by far, the most knowledgeable and capable. If I need service in the future, I will request him to be the tech. Side note: The AI system being used by Sears sucks. You can’t get a human on the phone which is frustrating. Sears needs to reconsider its full reliance on AI. This has nothing to do with the tech(s)!
