Repairman was wonderful, however this was the 3rd day I had to tie up waiting. Day 1 no one ever showed, and Day 2, the repairman showed up late and was unable to fix. It is impossible to reach a real person on the phone since the company only uses AI so there is not a lot of opportunity to resolve issues. I am relieved the appliance is fixed but it was way more complicated than it needed to be.
