Phillip did an excellent job of communicating the issue and was able to make the repairs at a reasonable cost. In our area it's difficult to find someone that works on appliances, glad to know Sears came through. Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Robert got right to work knew the ins and outs of what he was doing. Job was difficult due to space issue worked through this and got the job done. I would recommend him to do my repair work again.

I waited six days for service, and altered my work schedule to be available. Sears requested, and I provided video and photos to accompany my service request, to ensure quality service. Despite this, they dispatched the technician without the proper parts, or a proper understanding of the problem My problem has still not been resolved
