Jason was considerate of the fact we were out of A/C through hot days. He made an effort to move the scheduled return, when that wasn't possible made sure to keep the original appointment despite the route for the day being sporadic between NC and SC. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and committment to ensuring the unit worked probably after the part was replaced and we had air for the upcoming holiday weekend.
