I was so stressed about my dryer. I know it's the small things in life that keeps life so simplistic. I greeted technician and told him I had been stressed about it and he understood and took the worry away. He fixed my dryer and cleaned it out for a minimal charge. He was very nice and empathetic. Thanks so much.

Sears, from then to now
Im not sure why your asking for a review of Sears services. The repair guys are fantastic, caring and knowledgeable. The overall service and phone support is or shall i say deteriorated quite a bit. Outsource to barely English speaking countries, appointments are rescheduled and canceled without customer knowledge. ive been a member for a very long time, over 30yrs and to be treated like I do is quite disrespectful. My membership is paid up front, but the service does not match what I paid for anymore. A friend once said, they run the business now like its going out of business..... hmmmm. So why do i keep renewing, and why would you care....... the days are numbered because nothing will be done to give better service.
