Had a wonderful tech named Stewart. Was on time and super polite. Very trustworthy. Only things I didn’t like was talking to an AI bot to schedule everything, and also the price to fix a dryer is very high. Be warned. It was 430 dollars to put a new belt on our dryer. They charge 140 just to come out and diagnose, but that diagnose charge goes towards your repair.

Stuart was easy to work with but the ai starting system said he could service my hood, but it turns out he could not. I Was forced to pay when I was told it could be serviced. The ai is not helpful In this process and cost me money. I’m working to cancel the payment that was made.
