Numerous cancellations
The diagnosis and repair went well. However, our appointment was cancelled 3 different times leaving us without a dyer for 3 weeks. There is no way to talk to a human, every phone call leads to a robot which just leads to more frustration. Customer service rates a zero.

Complaint
Stuart was kind, so this complaint is not on him. When I called for service I said I wanted my gas line checked and vent cleaned. I know I was speaking to AI. 🙈 Never did she mention that you don't do those services. It wasn't until he was done, that I was told Sears did not do that service. I am not sure I will use Sears anymore.
