John was an excellent tech. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and possible causes for the rattling. Unfortunately the repair cost exceeded the value of a new dryer by a magnitude of two, mostly due to OEM parts. I will reach out to Sears Appliance Repair in the future should I need an appliance repaired.
