An experienced and personable technician
John performed a diagnostic on my dryer that was rattling. He was thorough and kept me informed on what he was finding. He performed a fix but was not satisfied and continued the diagnosis, ultimately finding the cause in the Blower Motor and fan mounting unit. When I declined the repair due to the cost being g above the cost of a new unit (understandable due to the age of the Dryer) , John provided recommendations on makes and models that would fit my needs and also gave me areas to watch and clean in the exhaust vent to keep the new dryer healthy. I will return to Sears for my repair needs thanks to John.

Refrigerator Repair
Mike was very knowledgeable, he also communicated well about the issue with my refrigerator. He called before he arrived and once he arrived at my house. Once here he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and completed the repair effortlessly!! Best experience I have had getting a repair completed in a long time!
