John is a superb technician, keep him! Very helpful, clear and nice to boot. This was my annual maintenance check NOT a repair. There was no additional cost as I have a costly new extended service agreement.

Edward was very professional and thorough. My only complaint is with the payment processing requirements. My personal check could not be processed with his phone and software appliance. I was hesitant to paying with a debit/charge card, but eventually did use a credit card. Not happy with the payment process. It took longer that the repair.
