John is a superb technician, keep him! Very helpful, clear and nice to boot. This was my annual maintenance check NOT a repair. There was no additional cost as I have a costly new extended service agreement.

He was very courteous walking me through what was wrong and immediately told me he had auto parts and Auburn while I was here and would let me know through text when the pots were audited and if it could be repaired

Edward was very professional and thorough. My only complaint is with the payment processing requirements. My personal check could not be processed with his phone and software appliance. I was hesitant to paying with a debit/charge card, but eventually did use a credit card. Not happy with the payment process. It took longer that the repair.

The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He worked on my old Sears Kenmore trash compactor , but was unable to repair it because of its age and necessary parts were unavailable! He certainly did everything in his power to get it working!
