Refrigerator repair
Arben was very knowledgeable, explained everything to us. He identified the issue , ordered the parts required then returned and installed them. Refrigerator now working again! No fault to Arben but 2 other appointments had been scheduled with another technician and had been cancelled by technician without a reason why. We were very frustrated with this process until Arben responded on the third appointment that was scheduled.

Arlen, definitely gets a 5 star review from me. He asked questions, and explained to me what the problem was. He was polite, pleasant, neat and answered all my questions. Because of him, I know more about my refrigerator, and how things work now then I did before. Thank you Arden.

Circuit board on GE stack washer/drier
I had a warranty on a recent model GE washer/dryer stack unit. When it stopped working, we called for service. Response was prompt. Jaime came ti evaluate the problem and diagnosed a fried circuit board. Replacement came and Jaime installed, leading to a problem with our electricity circuit breaker. Jaime rescheduled, ordered new parts and told us to have our electrician repair the circuit breaker. After our electrician made the repair, Jaime came out again and made the final repair. Communication by text was excellent and Jaime worked effortlessly in getting the job done. 5 stars to Jaime and Sears Home Repair Services. Best service I have ever had for a home appliance.
