Phil was great! He came out to check on a leak. Ofc, appliances never leak on command. He gave me great info on what to look for and how to fix it depending on what I see. Will probably call Sears again! Though, I think the cost for a simple client instruct was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for-in this case - a lot of experience and great advice.
