The second technician was great. . Very unhappy with Sears protection plan. Took me 9 weeks for repair man to come and hours on phone over 9 weeks to get someone to acknowledge this repair under warranty. Initial repair man did no diagnostics, just guessed at the problem which was not the problem so 9 weeks without working refrigerator. I will never get another warranty from this company. I actually filed complaint with attorney general and better business bureau. I went out and bought a new refrigerator because I did not trust that this repair would work and they refused to replace as per the extended warranty contract I had with them.
