The customer service prior was good though only AI support and not an actual person. On the day of, Ricky (the technician) was very professional, efficient and detail-oriented. I was quite pleased.

Rudy did a great job diagnosing and providing the info about the part that needed replaced. That being said, Sears is reliable but prices are not realistic. I was able to do my one repair using the info from Rudy in about 10 minutes and $30. Sears wanted $550 which is the cost of a new appliance. The prices are not realistic
