Stephen, technician, was excellent. The repair company, not so much. He came, diagnosed problem, ordered part, said it would be here in 3 days and scheduled himself to return 2 days after that. Part came and the company began weekly rescheduling. No ability to talk to a human, the AI bots could not tell me why. After 4th reschedule with no notice I finally found a place on website that said the part had not been ordered. I did finally get thru to 3 different customer service reps on 3 different times to explain I had the correct part in hand. The rescheduling continued due to “part not ordered”. I called the technician who assured me that he would talk to a human. So, 9 reschedules and 1 1/2 months later, after the Thanksgiving holiday, I have my range repaired. If AI bots are our figure- we are in big trouble.
