Service scheduling online was easy and technician (Chaz) was friendly and efficient when completing our service. For the powers that be in the office: your AI assistant called multiple times in a row, confirmed my response, and then repeated the same questions on each call. That was annoying.

The wonderful lady who fixed my stove today was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was however not happy that my scheduled Friday appointment was canceled by you even after your AI kept telling me the repair person was coming and that I could not speak to a real person!!! I have to miss paid work time and thus it cost me money to miss the hours on Friday! Again the wonderful lady who did fix my stove was fabulous 😊
