Good technician
Noah did a great job to solve our problem with the washer. After several reschedules, he knew our situation and made sure we received the service. He was very personable and was able to explain issues well. After the month long battle with the Sears Home Repair service network to fix our washer, it is now working.
We did experience great frustration with the service company's communication and found it extremely difficult to use. While not Noah's problem, we had at least 4 reschedules over 3-4 weeks to resolve the issue. In trying to figure out what was going on, we were unable to access any phone numbers, got caught up in a loop of repeating options and not given any opportunities to talk with a live representative. While I understand the allure of using AI for scheduling, etc., it is NOT an acceptable answer and urge you to consider to provide phone assistance and adding options to talk with a live service representative. Otherwise, I'm not sure I can recommend this repair service to others. (Not meaning Noah, he did great!)
