Rating the technician a 5, but thr company a 2. There is no way to speak to anyone after scheduling a service. Its all done by Ai and there is literally no way to communicate with a human about your appointment or concerns etc. Guy fixed my stove fine, but I will never use them again unless they start allowing conversations with a human. Ai assistants are fine for some things, but you have to have some human input...
