Brian fixed the oven in a very short amount of time! It works better than it ever did before, and it a little more than one year old.

This service was amazing. Brian came, as scheduled, about 2 weeks ago and within a few minutes of examining our situation said he had to order a part. He said his next available appointment for installing the part was about 3.5 weeks away. This was daunting for me, as an older woman using a cane and knowing that I would need to find a coin laundry to do our laundry. But he said, that once the part arrived, their might be an earlier service appointment and the Sears would like us know. The part arrived just about one week after it was ordered and within two days we had a new service appointment, about 5 days away. So instead of having to not wash for almost a whole month, we could get our washer totally repaired within about two weeks and didn't have to carry heavy loads of clothers to the coin laundry. Brian came again, just as scheduled and installed the new part and the washer is working fine now. I'm so very please with this service and especially with Brian who is bright, smiling, and efficient! Thank you!

My technician was wonderful. Had to get a part and it was delivered but had to call 3 times and wait 7 weeks to get it put on. Something there needs to change.
