The technician, Mark, was very good, professional, cares about his work and the company he represents. The Ai bot to communicate about scheduling and repairs is a horrible experience when the bot cannot handle a problem and there is NO way to talk to a human being who could easily solve the issue though I did I receive two numbers promising a live person and inky received a recording that a live agent was not available. I also didn’t appreciate the constant schedule changes, promises for a certain day being bumped to another day. As a result of this system we were without the refrigerator for almost a month. I am older and repair experiences have not always been this frustrating though I felt Mark handled the limits of the ai system as best he could. A human is very much needed in this system. Also, the technician did leave an item here and could contact me at my number.
