Range/Oven Issue Plainfield Indiana
Steven did a great job. He diagnosed the issue 1st trip however he wasn't authorized to order both replacement parts. We were without use of Range for almost a month because Steven had to return (3) times before he the parts he needed were authorized to order. Our family was inconvenienced without this major appliance. If they would have listened to Steven we would have been without the Range for (2) weeks.

Not Reliable
The date of service was changed 3 times. Asking for payment before service is done. Constant text to confirm service still needed. Receipt shows payment can be more than what the home warranty stated

Huston's service
From start to finish, including communications, Huston was a 10 compared to the previous tech's performance which I would give a one or less – Paul. In fact, I requested he not return. Huston completed the work in a timely fashion and explained everything he was doing and even helped me clean some of the surfaces when he had the washer apart. I hope to plan to request him for all future Appliance work. 10 out of 10, overall.
