The technician was great. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and it was here the next day. The problem is you can not talk to a real person on the phone and AI says they can make you an earlier appointment and you wait all day for them to show up and they don’t. Then the day of your actual appointment they keep changing the timeframe of when they will arrive. AI is awful and it made my experience with this company terrible. Once the technician got here it took him 20 minutes to install the new part and test the oven. Again, the technician was wonderful, the AI chat….terrible! And it was very expensive too.
