He did good work but this was a redid! The first fix was 3/6! I had to pay another$100 dollars before I could get an appointment cause the washer did not work after running it w 2 loads! Can you please apply the $100 towards our monthly plan!

Technician was great but the automated system to schedule the service had the wrong unit information. Despite clarifying it on the website the technician still had the wrong information when he arrived. Good thing the fix was simple and didn't require parts. Other than this discrepancy everything went smooth and the unit was repaired within 15 minutes.

I'm new to this area and I don't recall using Sears in area I lived before. I had a very good experience. Michael was efficient, polite, called and let us know what time he would be at the house and was at the door when he said he would be there. That beats waiting all day wondering when a repairman is going to show up! I only gave 4 stars because I'm waiting to see how my washer works. Otherwise, I think he's a 5 Star guy.
