The service technician was a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. He found the problem and explained my options for its repair. Due to the cost I decided not have the refrigerator repaired due to its age, etc. I'm considering and doing research on new refrigerators offered by manufacturers, and various sales outlets. Again, I highly recommend this particular service tech for your refrigerator needs. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a very nice young man.

Waited for service for 5 days in extreme heat. Tough when you're trying to move into a house. Technician did show up on scheduled date. He analyzed the problem which was a blown fuse caused by a faulty contactor and replaced those components. The system has been running fault free since the repair.
