Whirlpool fridge repair
Unfortunately, it took 3 weeks for my refrigerator to get fixed, but it has nothing to do with the two Technicians who came and made the assessment and made the repair. Daniel was awesome and very customer oriented Technician. What I didn't like about the process was that you don't know the exact time of arrival until the day of the repair. Therefore, someone has to be home from 8am to 5pm on the day of repair. I would have liked what other contractors do is to make the specific estimated time and date of arrival ahead of time instead of giving a big range of time on the day of repair. I'm not liking the way Sears does the schedule.

EFFICIENT AND COMPETENT
DINO EXPLAINED ISSUES AFTER ASSESSING REFRIGERATOR. TOLD ME TEMPERATURE WAS 64 DEGREES, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY. WHAT A POSSIBLE CAUSE WAS AND WAS VERY NICE.

Dino should've came here first
Dino's expertise and professionalism in troubleshooting my dryer issue would've saved me a 2 week headache if he came the first time. The previous tech didn't have the experience and was basically throwing parts at the problem which didn't help because the issue was a tripped circuit breaker in the home. Dino arrived and solved the issue within minutes of arriving without having to pull anything apart. Very polite and informative on his troubleshooting service and explained how the dryer issue happened. 10 out of 10, give Dino a raise and have him teach newer technicians his techniques to save everyone TIME and MONEY.
