Our service technician was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Our complaint is the wait. Service was scheduled for 10-12:00 but did not receive service until about 4:00. Not the technician’s fault. Would like to have all 3 appliances serviced by the same tech in same appointment but we were scheduled for 3 different days! Not convenient and not efficient scheduling.
