Nice guy but would like to know when he left
Donald seemed like a nice guy. Got here at reasonable time and worked quickly, but when he was done he just left. He did not explain what he did and we did not review operation of the dryer. For example, the dryer is still making a noise. It is not quite as load as it was before but still not great. Not sure if this is just a new part breaking in, but would have liked to go over it before he left. I was also a little confused to get an email that purportedly had my signature on it. Not sure if the signature was from someone at the warranty company but usually I sign something before a technician leaves and I never did. Hopefully noise will abate after we run it a few times.
