Your customer service is non existent. Only got AI. Asked for a human, got transferred to another AI, what a waste of time.

Techs are great. So called "Customer Service" needs of help
The techs who show up are consistently pleasant, professional, and competent. The customer service system in place is terrible. No way to get to a live person, repeated requests for the same information, it's like my time has no value. I am a fan of AI, but Sears has taken it too far. No live agents and the AI agent can't handle anything outside routine. Do better or close up shop.
