Ben’s service was excellent but the cost was overpriced. Almost $500 to install the part for 30-45 minutes of work. And the part was overpriced too. I looked on Sears own parts direct website and the part I paid just over $1000 for was listed at $750 on their own site. I also saw it on other sites for less although they probably own parts. Ben did an excellent job.
