It took too long for the technician to be here to make the repairs . From March to June with a lot of cancellations in between. They need more workers and get rid of the AI. When he finally showed up he did a good job fixing the repair work.

Technician was on time, friendly and quick service. A satisfied customer.

I can't say enough about the tech Ben. Superb service. He kept in touch and was able to schedule me knowing my new appointment was a week away on May 6. As far as having my scheduled appointments cancelled twice because the tech couldn't make it, worst service ever. I think customers who experience this should have a priority when it comes to rescheduling.

only problem we had to wait 4 days due to the weekend had to throw lot of food away which we had no choice

Madho was very professional with the repair services and provided helpful commentary about the issue concerning the refrigerator. He even provided a quick sketch that was easy to understand on what was causing the issue to help me better care for my refrigerator.
