Refrigerator compressor died overnight so frozen foods thawed and refrigerator itself exceeded safe temperatures. Called Sears and repair team came next day. Once they identified problem, they ordered parts which were delivered next day. They arrived soon after and by next day we had normal freezer & refrigerator temps. We had to discard all the food which was a considerable loss, but can't see how replacement could have been done any sooner. Good job by team.

Service was great but I do not understand why you had to send 5 tecks out when my washing machine was declared non fixable on the 2 teck that came out. You sent out the same part every time that can't help anything. It's still broke and after 5 weeks I still do not have a new washer
