Five stars for Claudio, the technician! when another technician did not show up for an appointment, he made sure the job was done the next day. Very professional. The rest of the customer service gets zero stars. Everything is AI, and AI does not seem to know what customer service can and cannot do. If the technician does not show up for an appointment, which happened twice, there is no one to talk to to figure out what is going on.
