Your Technician, Carlos, was wonderful at explaining that your previous technician did not install my refrigerator part correctly which led to permanent damage to my freezer section. I am still waiting to hear from your company about getting a replacement refrigerator. In the meantime, we are losing a lot of $$$ due to unnecessary food spoilage.
