The technician's skills were great, 5 stars for that. But my appointment was from 8-12 and he didn't arrive until almost 7pm. I took the day off work when I could have went to work and wasted my entire day waiting since the appt kept getting pushed back.

Repairman was to the point and ready to go. He tried to order the part but his system wouldn’t let him. Machine not working but sears repair man was very communicative and did his best.Austin was very quick to find the problem by listening to what we did and his use of the internet and companies resources was impressive. Got to solution very quickly and was clean working and an extremely nice gentleman. I would rate Austin 5 stars.
