Austin was the third technician to work on our dishwasher. The other two just changed a single part that was "the issue". Neither turned out to be the problem. Austin troubleshot the dishwasher for multiple problems, replaced a number of components, and eventually identified and fixed the problem. Austin did a great job, and was very thorough. He was ultimately able to find and fix the problem.

Helpful, showed us the issue and recommended we get a warranty for the future.
