In March a sears repairman came to our home and diagnosed a valve body problem with our refrigerator. He was competent and pleasant. He left us with a part number to order and a promise to return when the part arrived. When the part showed up, we contacted Sears to schedule another visit to install the part. The visit was a no show. In fact after scheduling numerous visits, including telephone calls to the service center, we waited over four months without receiving the service we had already paid for. Yesterday, there was a knock at the door. It was the repairman... without an appointment. He apologized for the lost ticket and quickly, efficiently and cheerfully fixed our refrigerator. Thank you Kevin. But, I will try to avoid using the Sears system for future repairs.
