Jonathan was prompt with time of appointment. He text to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. Jonathan was professional and fixed the problem right away. He explained to me exactly why the dishwasher was not working and did a couple test runs to make sure it was working and fixed properly. He was in and out of my residence within an hour. I highly recommend him.

Kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed issues and turned my refrigerator back on. Apparently it got turned off by accident and the code to turn it back on was not readily visible to me. Great attitudes and polite. I will save your number for future needs Thank you x100. Great Sears employees.
