FIVE STAR SERVICE

With more than 500k 5-Star Reviews, you don't have to take our word for it.

David was great but I have issues with Sears

David is five star so none of the rest applies to him. David seemed not to know what service he was going to provide when he arrived. Better communication would help. Speaking of communication, why don't you apply all of the effort you put into the DAILY (for a week) appointment reminders into communication with contractors. I promise two reminders are all anyone needs: when the appointment is made and on the day of service. The rest is simply harassment.

Fixed

We have had problems with our fridge door for the last three years. 6 different guys looked at it. One with a different company and 5 guys from Sears finally Dave and another guy with him finally figured it out. They changed it to a left swing instead of a right swing and now it closes and seals. The bottom right was compromised and the bracket wasn't working properly. I like it better open on the left better on the right. We have only had the fridge for about 3 years. Only after a few months the drawer cracked. The seal on the fridge tore anc it didn't shut properly. Finally it's fixed.

Technician

The technician that came and repaired my oven was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very polite. However, Sears service is horrible. I sat at home waiting for an entire day yesterday for no technician to come nor any communication that they weren't coming. When I contacted Sears the person I talked to set up my service for the following day guaranteeing that I would be priority and the technician would be told to come first thing at 8 am. This turned out to be untrue and the technician came at 230 pm and was unaware of needing to come in the morning. Get yourselves together Sears!
