I was originally upset because my appointment time kept being pushed back. Originally 8 am. Tech didn't actually arrive until 3 ish. However, that has nothing to do with Shaun. I found him to be very professional. He was very apologetic about the arrival time and later began sharing knowledge about refrigerators. I learned so much, I forgot about being upset!!! Very good tech!! And he did a good job explaining the warranty service (which I'm sure he's obligated to pitch). I opted not to have the product repaired due to cost, however I am (was) more knowledgeable when buying my next appliance!!! Thanks, Shaun!!!
