Steven was great, he diagnosed and fixed our HVAC unit in a fraction of the time it took a tech from a different company just to diagnose it incorrectly which left us with no AC for over a week. We are thankful Steven came out yesterday and got it working right before the holiday!

The first thing that immediately caught my attention was his respectful demeanor, and professionalism. He took care of all my concerns, and did me one better. He took the time to show me what power surges due to appliances, and how to mitigate it with large appliances. He even showed me settings on my Dryer I had no clue what role they played in drying my clothes. Great experience and very knowledgeable technician, and asset to Sears!
