Lewis was prompt., courteous, and certainly knew what he was doing. He arrived at my house at 12:30 and finished putting a new motor in my dishwasher at 1 PM. He tested the dishwasher and before he left my house he cleaned up the area where he was working! I was completely satisfied with his work ethic and how he clearly explained what cause motor to fail. It had a piece of glass in the motor that caused it to fail to work!

The repair was quickly diagnosed and parts were ordered. Alex installed the new parts in only 20 minutes and was on his way. We have used Sears Appliance Repair before and their technicians are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what needs to be done. It is easy to make an appointment and there is a very short waiting time until a technician arrives. Our last call resulted in a same day diagnosis! Bravo!
