He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. A great tech. Separately, from the tech; way over priced. Completely robbed. I will never use Sears again

Called Sears repair for a washing machine door latch that broke off. Dee, the repair technician, arrived on time to determine the problem. Great service and extremely knowledgeable. This was my first encounter with Dee. In the future I'll call for other appliances repairs. I've used Sears repair in the past for tractor/riding lawn mower repairs and wall oven repairs. As a disabled veteran who uses an electric wheelchair for mobility this repair was easy. Both items circled in red had to ge replaced

BEWARE OF SEARS BUT NOT OF THE TECHNICIANS! We are torn because our technician Gary was wonderful but the Sears Home Services customer service is horrible. We don’t want this review to impact him. Sears Home Services is garbage. There is no number to speak to a live person and it is the most frustrating thing. We got lucky and our part and technician showed up. Will most likely never use it again.
