Tech was great. Arrived on time and quick to diagnose problem. But I have to wait up to 3 days for them to find part and hopefully repair fridge. So now I will be without fridge for at least a week or longer

Our Samsung washer control board failed after two years, thankfully, we had an extended Lowe's warranty. The repair services were all covered. Adam performed the repair and all is working fine. We are happy that the washer is back up. The only negative was that it took about three weeks from contacting the warranty plan to get the service performed. The first evaluation was in four days, parts arrived two days later, but the install was about 3 weeks from initial request for service. I would be great if service and repair were more available and quicker, but it is understood that is more the norm. The techs performing the repair were helpful and professional. Jim
