David, our repair man, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and helped us through a complicated repair. Sears Services, however, is terrible. The appointment scheduled for 8-12 pm was cancelled later in the day at 3:30 pm. This happened four times! It is impossible to connect with real people as all service lines are automated and worthless. This is a management issue that will destroy the business

My technician, Charles was perfect! He was so polite and efficient! Got to work and got the job done. He knows what he's doing. Sears, on the other hand, as far as a service provider stinks! They are totally AI you make the appointment, confirm appointments about four times. Get AI updates which don't match where the technician is. I got stood up three times where the tech didn't show. This repair took six appointments and four technicians to complete. (The last appointment needed two techs for the job. Appt #1 The tech did show up and diagnosed what he thought was the problem. Order the part. App # two installed the ordered parts which didn't fix the problem. Ordered yet another part. I had to make another AI appointment . Tech #3 was coming but realize AI did not send a second man for the job (stackable set, dryer needed to be removed from washer) so I had to make yet another AI appt. That technician was a no-show. Another AI appt was made. Another no-show! I called and talked with AI again for yet another appt. FINALLY after all this my two technicians showed up got right to work. And very efficiently got this difficult job done. They worked hard and I'm pleased to say I wish I had them both the first time because they were both great. I had Dave and Charles who goes by Wayne. They should go out on their own and quit Sears. They're much too good to be working for a company like Sears where you can't even talk to a person. They don't call you. You have to call them And talk to a machine. Anyway, the boys are great. The company needs much improvement!! Btw, this was covered under the Lowe's extended warranty plan. I believe their name is Assurant. I wouldn't give $0.02 them or Sears
