We were fortunate in having a little bit of the manufacturer warranty left so with that and our home warranty we only had the initial fee for the home warranty. But what was made clear to us on day one was the profesional manner all was handled by Sears. They told us exactly what was needed, how to proceed and when parts and repair would be performed. It was exact and our technician was true to his word. We will definitely use Sears again. We are very pleased.
