Washer repair done by Arnold J
My washer was leaking water. Arnold J did a thorogh job in discovering the problem, ordering the parts, and returning to repair the washer. He did a great job, and he explained everything he was doing. (IHe also did a diagnostic evaluation on our dryer. ) I was very pleased with his work, and my washer is working ver;y well now. Thanks to you, Arnold!

Great communication
Arnold was very quick to identify what was wrong with our icemaker. Unfortunately, the part to repair it is no longer available. He explained that the warranty company would likely be calling in the next day and told us what to expect from that conversation. We appreciate the time he spent trying to help us and find the right part.

Technician was fine; customer support is impossible
The technician came out and did what he was supposed to. However, I was double billed and every means possible that I explored to contact Sears about giving me a refund, leads me to a dead end of websites that only accept bill payments, but give no contact information or telephone numbers with a limited option AI assistant that cut you off and hangs up if you don't give a response that it gives us an option. No chance to talk to a human being at all. This is the last time I will do business with Sears. No wonder they're going out of business.
